Indonesian News One An Egyptian officials and mediators said Israel and the Palestinians agreed to a cease-fire for 72 hours. The truce will begin Tuesday, August 5th, 2014 at 08:00 local time (05:00 GMT). This ceasefire proposal appears in the negotiations that took place in Cairo, Egypt, every few days after a ceasefire plan for three days last week failed to do. Sami Abu Zuhri, Hamas spokesman, told the Reuters news agency that he had agreed to the draft. Senior Israeli officials have also said the same thing to the BBC.
